8. Paying attention

  • The project application MUST cover the total contents of the Call.
  • The text for the proposal has to be considered word by word, as well as all proposal-specific announcements in the submission of the application (work programmes, politically relevant documents, etc.).
  • Formal mistakes result in disqualification of the application (note Guide for Applicants).
  • All applications in the context of FP7 must be submitted online, by means of the Electronic Proposal Submission Service, to the European Commission.
  • Submission should be made not too close to the deadline, as EPSS can become over-burdened (better to up-load provisional versions early).
  • Application must be composed in simple, easily-understood and error-free English.
  • Compliance with the submission deadlines (date / local time Brussels) is obligatory.
