Delegation trip to Québec for Medicine Technology and Aviation

Montreal. From September 9th-14th, a 60 member Bavarian delegation travelled to Montreal, Québec. The group was under the joint leadership of Bavarian Minister of Science Dr. Wolfgang Heubisch, and Bavarian Economic Secretary of State Katja Hessel. During the four day visit, the members of the delegation were able to gain insight about Québec’s current market situation in aviation and medical technology.

Team Bavaria-Québec meet for joint projects

Quebec. On 11/18/2010, the Bavaria-Quebec team met in Quebec for its 11th meeting. This meeting gave the group an opportunity to review the many activities of 2010. 52 common, ongoing projects in politics, economy, science, education and art were discussed. Nine of these currently form the backbone of the scientific cooperation.

First Cluster Forum Bavaria-Quebec

Munich. On November 22^nd-23^rd, the first Bavaria-Québec Cluster forum took place in Munich with a main focus on Life sciences and ICT. The forum was launched through the initiatives of heads of government Jean Charest und Horst Seehofer.
