Internationale Kooperationen

Bavaria and the North-American Region of Québec have been working closely together for many years in the areas of science, research and technology. The Bavarian Office for Research Coordination between Bavaria and Québec supports the exchange between the individual scientists and their facilities and cooperates closely, with the economy. It is our objective to jointly achieve a fortified international presence and, furthermore, to procure mutual advantages in international research and innovation competition.

• The coordination site is continuously attending to the 20 joint research projects.
• It offers - from project planning to implementation - scientific, administrative and financial support for international projects in research and development.
• It assumes, by means of targeted network activities, the role of mediator between the different research actors in Bavaria and Québec.
• It has also become, recently, a contact point for research cooperations between Bavaria and Québec.
