D6 - T-Cell Diagnostics for Individualized Therapy Following Transplantation

The monitoring of the immunosuppression is an important part in the follow-up of patients after transplantations. The aim of this project is to develop an immunoassay for the monitoring of antiviral T cell responses as a prognostic marker for assessing the individual immunosuppression after a transplantation. In the course of personalized patient care this assay should help to optimize the individual control of the patients immunosuppression.
