29th Call for Proposal: German-Israeli Project Cooperation (DIP) (Deadline: March 15, 2025)

On behalf of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), the German Research Foundation (DFG) supports innovative, bilateral research projects from all scientific disciplines within the framework of the German-Israeli Project Cooperation (DIP). 

 

Established by the BMBF (the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research) in 1997, the Excellence Program promotes innovative research projects between German and Israeli scientists from all disciplines. Submissions are made by the eight eligible Israeli institutions (Bar-Ilan University, Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, University of Haifa, Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Reichman University, Tel Aviv University, Technion - The Israel Institute of Technology, Weizmann Institute of Science) in cooperation with German partner institutions. 

Project duration and budget: : 

The project duration is usually 5 years. The funding to be applied for amounts to a maximum of € 1.655.000 million.
