EUREKA - German-Israeli call for joint R&D projects (Deadline: July 29, 2025)
This year's EUREKA call for bilateral cooperation projects between German and Israeli company-led consortia promotes project applications for technology-based products, services and other uses from all technology areas with a strong market potential.
Successful applications recieve a EUREKA label.
Information and requirements for a project consortium:
- At least one eligible German and one eligible Israeli company each. Academic partners are also eligible.
- No proprietary interest or conflicts of interest between the parties
- Clear potential to improve existing/create new marketable products
- No restriction to specific technologies/sectors
- No single country/organization may be responsible for more than 70% of the project budget
- The project proposal will be evaluated according to the EUREKA Network Projects criteria (Impact, Excellence, Quality and efficiency of implementation and Overall perception)
- Projects must be for civilian use only.
Budget:
Germany:
- per company: up to 560,000 euros/sub-project (max. 60% of the eligible project costs)
- per research institution: up to 280,000 euros/sub-project (up to 100% of the eligible project costs)

Application deadline:
The deadline for applications is July 29, 2025. Projects are expected to start in spring 2026.
