BayFOR at the Innovation Fair 2025 in Brussels, Belgium

– Bridge between European, African and Mediterranean innovation ecosystems – 

The event is dedicated to the implementation of two significant multilateral research policy initiatives:

• the 10-year joint AU-EU Innovation Agenda (2023–2033),

• the forthcoming Pact for the Mediterranean und die UfM R&I Roadmaps.

  
  Programme highlights of the Innovation Fair 2025:

• Morning pitches: Two-minute presentations by start-ups, SMEs, research projects and organisations.
• Afternoon exhibition: Presentation of innovative solutions from the fields of research, business and civil society.

• Open Innovation Challenge: For start-ups and SMEs – with business support and incubation prizes.

  Target group:

The Innovation Fair 2025 is aimed at around 500 participants on site and a similar number online, including:

• Start-ups and SMEs
• Business support organisations and civil society
• Investors from the public, private and philanthropic sectors
• High-level political actors in the context of the EU-MED and EU-AU meetings
