Online workshop ‘Non-dilutive Funding’: Growth financing without equity transfer

On 1 July, TUM Venture Labs and UnternehmerTUM are inviting founders, start-ups and anyone interested in innovation to an online workshop on ‘Non-dilutive Funding’. The focus will be on the most important public funding programmes in Germany and Europe that enable growth without the transfer of company shares. BayFOR, together with other experts, provides information on national and European funding opportunities for research and innovation.
 

Non-dilutive funding: Third-party funding for start-ups that does not involve issuing new shares.

This type of financing is particularly appealing to start-ups as it allows them to innovate and develop their market without giving up shares to investors. This compact, practical workshop provides an overview of national and European programmes.

National funding programmes in Germany:

  • ZIM (Central Innovation Programme for SMEs, BMWE):
