Analyzing the main effects of UV radiation (see Research Divisions A, B, C) it is indispensable to gain knowledge about the present and future development of UV irradiance. The projects of this Research Division work on:

> Modeling of solar UV radiation.
> Modeling of the main atmospheric factors affecting UV irradiance.
