This research group of FORWISS in Passau works above all in the areas digital image- and signalprocessing in combination with optical measurements (e.g. used for quality assurance in industrial production processes). Expert systems, configuration systems, CAD-systems and the evaluation of images from non-standard image generation systems are further focal points of the research group.
