The goal of this project is the analysis of the behaviour of German firms in Turkey, their communication with their Turkish business partners, their strategies, intercultural competence and experiences in comparison with North American firms. The target is better understanding and increased acceptance within German-Turkish cooperative projects, as well as improved performance by Germans working in Turkey. The results are to be published in a handbook for firms and employees working abroad; and in the form of training concepts for small and middle-sized entrepreneurs.
