Fo3A South African business cooperation
Field of work:Culture-specific behavior of entrepreneurs in non-european countries
South Africa is the most important location for German industry in Africa, especially since the end of apartheid. Opportunities beckon German firms if they are able to adapt to new social and economic situations. Cooperation with South African businesses, as well as with the emerging firms of black entrepreneurs, will thus become increasingly important. This project empirically examines the conditions and factors determining success in various forms of cooperation and networks in the multicultural environment of South Africa.
