F5 Institutionalization of a "non-white" entrepreneurship in South Africa

Field of work:

Culture-specific behavior of entrepreneurs in non-european countries
http://www.forarea.de

An important aspect which must be taken into consideration in the integration of non-whites into the modern sector of the national economy is an independent non-white entrepreneurship, which is important for the growth of the economy and employment in less developed areas. Under the new conditions in South Africa, traditionally white-run businesses can only continue to operate successfully if buyer and supplier relations with the new African businesses operate smoothly. Important aspects focused on, among others, are the specific features "African" entrepreneurs display in starting new businesses, in the strategies they use, and the characteristics which set them apart from white entrepreneurs.
