In her master's thesis, Elisabeth Holme looks at the different science diplomacy actors in Québec and how they work together. She also explores how the province can be a pioneer in training the next generation of science diplomats while expanding its science diplomacy strategy.
Elisabeth Holme presented the findings from the project at the WKS Weihnachts-Forschungscafé and at the IPSA-Concordia Graduate Summer School in Applied Diplomacy.
