BayFIA and BayFOR at IAA MOBILITY 2025 in Munich!

From 9 to 14 September 2025, Munich will become the international meeting place for the mobility industry. The event, held under the motto 'It's All About Mobility', will showcase the latest trends and technologies in sustainable mobility, autonomous driving, and digital innovations. At the joint stand of the Free State of Bavaria, the Bavarian Research and Innovation Agency (BayFIA) will present its extensive range of support services for business and science. The Bavarian Research Alliance (BayFOR) will provide information on EU funding programmes for research and innovation, particularly in the areas of mobility, digitalisation, and sustainability.

The IAA MOBILITY is the world's largest mobility event, offering manufacturers, suppliers, technology companies, service providers, and start-ups the opportunity to showcase their products and ideas to an international audience of industry experts and private visitors. The successful trade fair concept separates the B2B and B2C areas:

  • Start-up areas focusing on young companies and their innovations.
     
  • IAA Open Space in Munich city centre: Free admission for all visitors, with test drives forming part of the IAA Experience.
     
  • IAA Summit & IAA Conference at the Munich-Riem exhibition centre (9–12 September 2025): A trade fair for B2B and media representatives, featuring over 500 international speakers across five stages. Themed routes will lead visitors to focal points such as software-defined vehicles, autonomous driving, and battery technology.
