Successful project management for EU projects

Once an EU project has been selected for funding, the first priority is to process, coordinate and answer scientific questions. However, the seamless administrative processing and financial control of the project represents another very important issue and also a challenge for the accompanying administrative project management. Project management ensures that the administration of the EU project is on track as envisaged, all project participants are involved and deadlines and obligations towards the funding bodies are observed.
 

Our range of project management services for EU projects

If a Bavarian partner is involved in an EU project and the coordinating organisation has not yet built up sufficient project management expertise, we can, upon request, join the consortium as a project partner and take charge of project management for the entire duration of the project. Furthermore, we can undertake supporting tasks on a service contract basis, for example through a consultancy assignment.

Workshops on project management in EU projects

We offer regular, cost-effective workshops on the administrative regulations applicable under Horizon Europe. These workshops offer participants information on project management challenges that can arise in the course of an EU project, for example with respect to reporting or protecting intellectual property, and illustrate appropriate options for action.

Project management helpdesk and employee qualification

We support project participants from Bavaria in all questions relating to implementing and managing EU projects. We set up the "Project Management HelpDesk" in 2010 (helpdesk@no-spam-pleasebayfor.org), which provides answers free of charge to queries that can be resolved quickly. Our project management team also provides more intensive support according to availability on a flexible and case-related basis for qualifying employees at Bavarian universities and in small and medium-sized enterprises.
