CIRCULAR FoodPack Final Event: “Circular Packaging for Direct Food Contact Applications”
In the last 3.5 years, the CIRCULAR FoodPack consortium has worked on designing circularity for flexible packaging, demonstrated the technical realisation of the various steps required to obtain Post-Consumer Recyclates, and how to integrate the PCR in new packaging meeting the high standards for food protection and safety. Join us on November 28 and find out more about the project's key learnings and the challenges of making flexible packaging circular!
What you can expect:
- keynote speech by the EU project officer of CIRCULAR FoodPack
- presentation on key findings and results by the project coordination
- panel discussion with industry stakeholders, policy makers and scientists on the topic: "Potentials and hurdles of circular food packaging - feasibility beyond technical realisation"
In addition, recommendations will be made for the future implementation of European policy and further research needs of the community.
Afterwards, you are cordially invited to socialise and network over delicious drinks and snacks.
