Horizon Europe: Publication of the "Programme Guide" and the list of associated countries

The European Commission has published a Program Guide to Horizon Europe. In it, applicants will find background information on the structure of the framework program as well as the related policy priorities of the European Union, such as the European Partnerships, the missions, international cooperation, Open Science or digital key technologies.

Also included in the program is the list of 18 countries with which association to the program (eligible third countries) is currently being negotiated. While Israel and the UK are on the provisional list, Switzerland is excluded due to political disagreements over Swiss contributions to the EU budget. The European Commission aims to conclude all Horizon Europe association talks by the end of the year.
