European Defence Fund 2025: Trilateral Matchmaking Event for Research & Development in Munich

From 25 to 27 March 2025, the National Contact Point European Defence Fund (NCP EVF), together with the contact points from Austria and the Netherlands, as well as Bayern Innovativ and BayFOR, is organising an exclusive, themed matchmaking event for consortium building in Munich. The aim: to connect companies and research institutions for a successful application for funding from the European Defence Fund (EDF) 2025 work programme.

1 billion euros for cooperation projects

The European Commission has adopted the new EDF work programme – with a budget of more than 1 billion euros for research and development in the defence industry. Take the opportunity to network with relevant stakeholders and benefit from this funding!

Thematic priorities 2025

The following four calls are looking for projects:

  • ATE: Autonomous Triage and Evacuation
  • CBC: Counter Battery Capabilities
  • 3RAV: Risk, Robustness and Resilience for Autonomous Vehicles in Military Operations
  • SMERO: Open call especially for SMEs and research organisations

Register now – limited number of participants!

If your company or institute is active in one of these areas and is still looking for consortium partners for an EVF 2025 application, please register your interest here by 17 February!

Please note: the number of participants is limited and will be distributed fairly across countries and topics. The organisers will review all registrations and inform you of your participation by 21 February. More information about the location and programme will follow.
