Funding opportunities for research and innovation projects in the field of SSH 2024
The purpose of the event is to apprise academics from both university and non-university research organisations, as well as research-oriented companies and other interested stakeholders in Bavaria, of the funding options available for research and innovation projects in the SSH field. Serving as a platform, the event aims to facilitate partnerships and proposal generation for EU-funded projects in the realm of "Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society." It specifically targets the Horizon Europe 2024 calls, which concentrate on three main areas within Cluster 2: "Democracy," "Cultural Heritage," and "Social and Economic Transformations."
The event comprises three parts:
- How are proposals read and evaluated? Experiences and recommendations from the DFG Review Board for Historical Sciences
- Insight into EU research funding and cooperation including an overview of EU programmes and timelines (Erasmus+, Horizon Europe (ERC, MSCA), "Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values" (CERV);
- Horizon Europe Cluster 2 "Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society" 2024: Presentation of selected EU calls for proposals and presentation of a best practice project.
