Hydrogen - Power, Production and Materials 2025' conference

Hydrogen is more than a beacon of hope - it is the energy source of the future. Its importance for climate protection, industry and mobility is growing rapidly. But the challenges are enormous: how to produce it efficiently? How can storage and transport be optimised? And which innovative applications will open up new markets?
Answers will be provided at the international conference 'Hydrogen - Power, Production and Materials 2025'. For three days, leading experts will discuss the latest developments and strategies.
The programme: first-hand knowledge
Day 1: Focus on hydrogen production - from green and blue hydrogen to innovative processes. Experts will report on optimisation opportunities and share practical experiences.
Day 2: Hydrogen in the energy system - from economic aspects to advances in fuel cell technology and new materials for storage and transport.
Day 3: Panel discussion with industry leaders and scientists: What policy framework is needed? How will the market develop? Which technologies will prevail?
EU funding opportunities: Your key to funding
The EU published 19 calls for proposals on hydrogen in mid-January, with a total budget of €184.5 million. Funding is available for R&D projects in the following areas
- Renewable hydrogen production
- Storage & distribution
- Hydrogen transport
- Heat & Power
- Cross-sector solutions
- Hydrogen valleys
Deadline: 23 April 2025
The Bavarian Research Alliance presents the current hydrogen calls in Horizon Europe on 11 March 2025. In its presentation 'Clean HYDROGEN - EU funding: opportunities for Europe to come together', it will also provide an insight into the services it offers, such as
- Applying for EU funding
- Building EU consortia
- Finding partners, etc.
