TwinVECTOR Final Conference: "Next-Generation Batteries, Next-Generation Societies”
TwinVECTOR: European competence in world-class next-generation batteries
Batteries used in the EU are expected to have a high charge density and capacity, as well as be cost-efficient, durable, safe and reusable. They will also need to meet sustainability rules with the least possible environmental impact from materials extracted in full compliance with social and environmental standards.
Over the past three years, the TwinVECTOR consortium has addressed these challenges and will present the results of its research activities during the event!
What can you expect?
A dynamic mix of keynotes, project showcases, and networking around the future of batteries:
Connecting Regions & Battery Labs
- Funding opportunities for battery technologies in Horizon Europe’s Cluster 5
- The societal impact of battery research
- EU, Czech & Bavarian perspectives on the battery value chain
- Bavarian expertise in battery research
The Batteries Europe Partnership Association (BEPA) & EU project showcases
- BEPA’s vision for responsible battery innovation
- Spotlights on other cutting-edge EU projects:
- SMHYLES – Safe & Sustainable Hybrid Storage
