Updated pre-release version of the Annotated Model Grant Agreement for Horizon Europe published

The European Commission has published an updated preliminary version of the Annotated Model Grant Agreement (AGA) for Horizon Europe on the Funding & Tenders Opportunities Portal. Articles 1 to 6 and 20 of the AGA, among others on the accounting of staff costs, have been revised. The AGA also applies to ERC projects concluded under Horizon Europe.

The Model Grant Agreement (MGA) for Horizon Europe serves as a model for the grant agreements between the Commission or the executive agencies and the grant recipients in Horizon Europe. The preliminary draft contains a number of explanatory notes on the main provisions for submitting an application and signing a grant agreement. The full Annotated Model Grant Agreement is expected to be published in a few months.
