Cluster 5 and EU missions: EU updates drafts for 2026–2027 work programmes

To increase transparency, the European Commission has regularly published draft Horizon Europe work programmes for 2026–27 since the beginning of the year. This includes the documents for Cluster 5 and the EU missions, for which updated versions are now available. This allows interested organisations and consortia to better prepare for upcoming calls for proposals.

The draft work programmes are available to download from the European Commission's website:

Please note that the draft texts do not yet constitute a legally binding basis for an application. The official adoption of the binding work programme text is not expected until the end of 2025.
