With the Investment Readiness Assessment, innovative start-ups, scale-ups, and SMEs can analyse and further develop their investment readiness in a targeted way. BayFOR supports companies through free advisory services to help them prepare for investor meetings and funding rounds.

To help companies prepare effectively for funding rounds, BayFOR offers free support in the field of investment readiness. This support is based on the Investment Readiness Scorecard (IRS), a tool for the structured self-assessment of start-ups and scale-ups. The IRS was developed within the framework of the European EEN2EIC project and is part of the Ready4Invest Toolkit of the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN).

The online assessment enables companies to evaluate their investment readiness across the following areas:

Based on the results, companies receive concrete recommendations for further development and optimisation.

Individual Advisory Support from BayFOR

Following the assessment, BayFOR offers individual consultations to review and discuss the results. Companies can address specific questions related to investment readiness, scaling, as well as funding and financing opportunities.

Bavarian companies should select BayFOR as their responsible organisation within the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN). Upon request, we can also support companies in completing the scorecard together.
