BRIDGES: AI, Robotics & Data 2026 – Workshop and Matchmaking for Horizon Europe Projects
Programme
The aim of "BRIDGES: AI, Robotics & Data 2026" is to bring together experienced stakeholders from Europe and Israel, strengthen international partnerships, and further develop project ideas into competitive proposals for Horizon Europe Cluster 4.
Participants will benefit from a practice-oriented programme featuring:
- Expert-led masterclasses on drafting Horizon Europe proposals (e.g. project and budget management, developing risk strategies, concept development),
- Practical exercises on setting up consortia and drafting proposals,
- Strategic insights into the selected calls for proposals, as well as into the expectations of the evaluators and relevant EU strategies,
- Individual feedback on further developing project ideas and optimising proposals prior to submission.

The event focuses on the following Horizon Europe Cluster 4 calls:
- HORIZON-CL4-2027-04-DIGITAL-EMERGING-05: Apply AI: AI-Driven Robotics for Industry: Enabling System Integration and Adoption (Deadline: 18 March 2027)
- HORIZON-CL4-2027-02-DIGITAL-EMERGING-52-two-stage: New Approaches for Human/AI Collaboration for the Workforce of the Future (Deadline: 2 February 2027 | 2 September 2027)
- HORIZON-CL4-2027-04-DATA-03: New Approaches for Decentralized, Federated and Sustainable AI Data Processing (Deadline: 18 March 2027)
- HORIZON-CL4-2027-04-DATA-08: Demand-Side 3C Pilot Demonstrators on Converged Telco Edge Cloud Infrastructure (Deadline: 18 March 2027)

The event is aimed at experts from university and non-university research institutions, as well as research-driven companies, who wish to network with international partners and jointly develop competitive grant proposals.
