European Research and Innovation Days

The first annual policy event of the European Commission invites stakeholders to debate and shape the future research and innovation landscape in Europe. The event offers a platform to deepen the dialogue and work across sectors and disciplines to help plan Horizon Europe, the successor of Horizon 2020. Speakers will include ministers, commissioners, members of the European Parliament, researchers, as well as surprise guests each day.
The event aims at finding solutions in research and innovation for the transition towards a sustainable future by working across policies, setting the direction, spurring innovation and triggering investment. Stakeholders will have the unique opportunity to have a voice in the upcoming strategic priorities for the European Commission's investment in research and innovation. Furthermore, the event shall highlight how important research and innovation are in addressing the challenges that face society.
